Our unique manufacturing process allows Clevaflex to design and build tubing using a multi-ply construction with a convoluted wall contour. This creates a permanently bonded or mechanically locked tube that is flexible, lightweight and strong.

Our tubing is manufactured with proprietary technology by either wrapping individual layers of material together, forming and bonding them or by forming a corrugated ply of material, spirally winding it into a tube and then mechanically locking the seam. Both processes produced a sealed and locked tube that will not unwind when cut to length.
