Clevaflex has been making custom automotive shielding and tubing since 1964. Through our unique manufacturing process we supply heat shielding that is made out of fiberglass and a combination of aluminum or stainless steel for EGR systems and as a heat shield of fluid lines that require abrasion and/or thermal protection. As a countermeasure to meet the Federal Head Impact Standard, we custom design impact tubing in a variety of sizes and shapes to meet our automotive customer’s needs to pass this federal safety requirement.

Our vast experience and many years of service to the automotive industry have give un the opportunity to custom design and manufacture heat shielding and impact tubes to meet specific needs and provide cost-competitive product to the automotive industry.
